ABOUT ME
My Approach to Helping
I have been working as a mental health therapist for over 20 years. My goal is to help you find and use your strengths so that you can access the path to living your best life. By working together, you will unblock and nurture your power so you can start living your most authentic life with purpose and meaning and move forward with hope, support, and clarity. Using a combination of positive and cognitive theoretical frameworks, I help clients navigate change and overcome the obstacles to living a meaningful life. I listen with compassion and for understanding, cultivating a strong working alliance so that you can focus on taking action and moving your life forward.
While my primary focus is working with women navigating the challenges of mid-life, I enjoy working with all individuals who are wanting to move their life forward in a positive way.
Personal Beliefs
I believe we all have the right to be here—to express who we are and to live authentically in our bodies and our lives. I strive to embody this by living with intention, meaning, and presence. At the same time, I understand that finding one’s voice and creating a life that feels aligned and fulfilling can take time. There are moments when we lose touch with who we are or forget the truth of ourselves. This is the heart of my work and my personal path: to live fully and honestly, and to support others in reconnecting with who they are so they can do the same.
